After receiving your Designer Cutting Board please inspect it carefully. If you are unhappy with it for any reason you may send it back within a week’s time. We will reimburse you for the cost of the board, but not for any shipping costs.

We cannot accept boards after they have been used, so be sure you are satisfied with the board before you cut on it.
Please note: Monogram boards are not covered under our return policy. Since they cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns on any Monogram boards or refund any money once the production process has begun.
Shipping
We do all shipping with UPS, and send our boards via their Ground service. Shipping from Denver, CO, to your location may take three to five days.
