This one-hand cutting board is specifically designed to be light enough to hold with one hand while scraping ingredients into pan or pot. With an 8”x12” cutting surface it is nevertheless large enough to handle a surprising variety of cutting chores.

The squares are Maple and Cherry, and the end of the cutting board is Walnut. The thumb hole allows you to hold it with one hand and also provides a way to hang it on the wall if you so desire.
